We really don't like disappointing our customers, but very occasionally things can go wrong.
If you receive something which has been damaged in transit, please contact us by phone or e-mail before returning the item. We shall, of course, reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us, aswell as offering you a replacement or refund.
Don't worry if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable because you can return the goods for a refund or exchange (earrings and toiletries, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty)
You have 14 days from the date of receipt in which to return the goods.
Please note:You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage. Returns (other than for faulty goods) must be delivered to us in their original, saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds: If you are returning goods simply because you have changed your mind, then we do not credit back the return postage cost. We do not offer any refund on personalised items.
Exchanges: In the case of an exchange we will charge you p+p since we have to create a new order for you. Where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where an item is more expensive, please include a cheque for the difference.
